Whether you will be hiring a doula for your birth or not, it can be incredibly helpful to have some more in-depth training for the person or people you are choosing to have support you in your birthing space. Support partners can be any loved one, perhaps a significant other, friend, or family member. I have 2 different packages to provide such guidance for your birth support partner to be able to support you mentally, emotionally, and physically.
My goal through this training is to bring your chosen support person up to speed so that they can provide the most nurturing, caring, empowering support and advocacy for you during your birth.
