Birth Doula Support

Each birth experience is unique and so memorable. It is a time that will remain with you for life. Giving birth and becoming a parent to a new baby can be intimidating.

My role as a doula is to support you, give you the tools and resources to make your birthing journey a positive and comfortable experience, and I provide education that will empower you in making choices that feel right for you for your birth.

My support begins during your pregnancy and concludes early in the postpartum period.

Postpartum Doula Support

Bringing home your newborn is such a special time, but also entails a great transition period in integrating this new little family member into your lives. Many challenges arise when trying to juggle it all, and we’re not meant to do it alone – it takes a village.

My support as a postpartum doula during this time helps to alleviate some of the responsibilities and tasks needing to be completed. And my goal is to help you gain confidence in getting through this transformation to your lives.

Our time together begins at any point in time after the birth of your child. I will remain with you up until the 1st year of your child’s life, but really whenever it feels right to you to conclude.

Breastfeeding Support

Feeding your baby can be a precious bonding experience, but it can also come with challenges.

This may be a crucial time to receive additional support around helping to optimize the efficacy and smoothness of the breastfeeding process. I can provide education, resources, and support with your process.
